Car will not start unless I spray starter fluid in carburetor what could the problem be???

Yes if I turn it off even after its being running I got a spray starter fluid

It's easy to do.. Then post the exact numbers here for more help.. I'm kinda hoping it has either a code 14 or code 15.. Let me know.. Got to have the number(s) first!
