child lock not working

What is your question?

When lock is disabled one door still won't open. Not sure how to manually unlock on the door no instructions anywhere. I do not see lever in door to unlock manually. New escalade so i do not see. Older models have the twist lock on door. New car has push buttond

What makes this problem better or worse?
