2015 cadallac escalade shifting from second gear to first is not very smoothe

Kinda feel the truck jump a little does not happen all the time. Curious if transmission service is needed not clunky not grinding just not very smoothe..will transmission service and new filter fix this or is this normal ? Seems like after the truck is warmed up doesnt happen as much thx for the help

What makes this problem better or worse?

Seems more common when egine is cold
