Blower motor is working. I can't tell if the control is bad or the resistor pack under the dash.

you stated "Blower motor is working". why would you need to test anything if it's working?
I'm assuming you meant to write that the blower is not working. If so, I would start by scanning the modules for any trouble codes that may help lead you in the right direction. This is not a diagnosis, just a starting point. You would also need a wiring diagram for the blower motor circuit. With out the proper wiring diagram and knowing how to read it correctly it will be very difficult to diagnose the problem.
