Just replaced the hoax control module Heat only comes out of the dash won’t move to floor, defrost etc

Hello, there is a mode door motor that will direct air flow to the desired locations. It is possible that this motor is not receiving electrical power, or that it is inoperative. Also, the physical door in the plenum may be fractured or stripped. It's going to take some troubleshooting to determine the cause of failure.
