my 1996 caddi eldorado parking brake stoped working

ive replaced the vacuum control no luck iam tracing the vacuum line it has some vacuum but its not enough to release it any help on this problem would be great thanks triump68

CK VAC SOURCE AND ALL LINES. YOU MAY HAVE TO FIND SMALLER LEAKS WITHA SMOKE TESTER

thanks for the info i findly got it working the problem was the new vacuum control was not bent right the link rod once i adjusted it. it was a headache but it just had to be bent just right thanks
