I have original key and new key, I cleaned them with cloth and window cleaner also ignition....won't start

There IS a problem in the VATS so you need a 'mechanic' to take a look at it!... Can't help much, online.... The system can be bypassed but you need to be mechanically inclined and electronics savvy!!!... IF you think you qualify, see the YouTube video showing how!! Good luck!
