Ran out of gas so we put some then it said it had 0 % oil life so we put 2 quarts and still wont start

Many times people mistakenly assume the fuel tank is empty when the engine stalls and will not re-start when in reality the culprit is actually elsewhere.. This is going to require *hands-on* test / evaluation by qualified personnel - no way to diagnose here online. Good luck!
