my headlight won't come on with the remote. I have to constantly keep turning them off and on manually until they turn on

Next time you park the car, do not engage the parking brake to see if that makes a difference... On many GM vehicles, setting the parking brake turns OFF the DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS... You may have to shift into gear before the DRL's turn on.. *â–ªï¸Owners manual will explain!â–ªï¸* Don't quite understand what the remote is being used for unless you mean remote start, in which case the DRL's will not turn on.
Hello, I'm not sure what you are meaning; Daytime Running Lamps should automatically come on and operate when the vehicle is driving. Are you speaking of the auto lamps?
I think you mean the head lights that stay on when you unlock the doors using the keyfob. There is a setting for that in the Driver info center.
