Okay , now is there something particular about this bolt , does something else have to be loosened in order for me to loosen the ground bolt on the alternator ?? It seems really tough to crank , a friend and I have been going on it for about a week in our spare time , this is a good vehicle and our only one at the moment , so our jobs have been relying on me getting this running and any other additional help would be extremely appreciated
not sure,maybe locktite on the bolt?no nut on back side is there?is it turning any?
Thank you for all the help and suggestions , a buddy had a mechanic stop over today and he actually jumped right under and got the bolt out and hooked up my new ground and she runs great !! I do now have on my Abs , brake , and traction light , but maybe because battery was dead ?? I did need a jump to get her to turn over initially ,,
what was the problem with the bolt?nut on the back,or locktite on the bolt?
