02 deville revving high but barely moving

I have to rev my car up to 4000-5000 rpms before my car starts to row I checked my oil this morning it was low but I don’t know if that’s the problem

What makes this problem better or worse?

The more I was driving it down the road the worse it got

How long has your 2002 Cadillac DeVille had this problem?
