Why is it continually running hot even after the Thermostat and radiator was changed

First, make sure the coolant level is completely full and there isn't any air in the cooling system. Did you bleed the system of air after replacing the t-stat and radiator? You MUST bleed the system after performing any cooling system repairs. If you do not, air will be trapped in the system, leading to engine overheating. Air pockets can also prevent the heater from working properly. If the coolant is full and free of air, you may have an internal coolant leak (i.e., failed head gasket, cracked head, cracked block).
