Battery was dead i tried to jump itt security system wont allow me to start

DISCONNECT BATTERY AND RECONNECT TO RESET

If disconnecting and reconnecting the battery does not work, there may be another problem. Maybe there is a bad connection somewhere? Do the headlights stay on while trying to start the car? If they do, most likely there is another problem such as bad starter.
