What is your question?
I have a 1995 Caddilac sedan DeVille, and have basically rebuilt the car,it only has 84,000 miles on it,and been blowing the ignition 1 fuse, and when I turn on the headlights the lights on the dash go very dim and the horn doesn't work along with the ignition chime that your supposed to hear when you insert the key,I've tried everything and need some advice as to what to do to solve the issue, thanks
How long has your 1995 Cadillac DeVille had this problem?
A few days

NO ONE can determine where a short circuit is located without the required *hands-on* testing. There simply isn’t a cut and dried answer here. Best advice I can offer is reaching out to your local auto repair facility for repair arrangements. The average DIYer just isn’t equipped nor capable of performing the necessary testing. Good luck!
You’ll need ‘at minimum’ a wiring schematic and a diagnostic flow chart - and that’s just the paperwork.
IGN 1 FUSE CIRCUITS: A/C REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SWITCH - - TRANSAXLE RANGE SWITCH - - STOP/BTSI/CRUISE BRAKE SWITCH - - INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER - - KEYLESS ENTRY MODULE - - DIAGNOSTIC/ENERGY RESERVE MODULE (DERM) - - CORNERING LIGHTS - - TURN/HAZARD SWITCH ASSY - - CHIME MODULE - - HEADLIGHT SWITCH - - TWILIGHT SENTINEUDRL MODULE. I hope this helps you understand the difficulty.
