What can be wrong if you drive 15min/less and your plastic over flow boils over?

could be anything from bad radiator flow to blown headgasket, did you overheat it recently

You could also have a bad radiator cap. The cap allows pressure to biuld in the cooling system allowing it to boil at a higher temp. If you replace the rad cap and you still have bubbles in the coolant (or foam in the reservoir), then suspect the head gasket.

I had that problem... Its your overflow radiator cap. They wear out under the cap around the inside...Most part stores don't have them...got mines from the salvage yard
