Hello, if you have air blowing at all, the blower motor is functioning. The climate control system, however, has an issue that needs hands on troubleshooting performed. This could be controls related, mode door or blend door motor related, switch related. Wiring related. Too hard to know without hands on testing.

Have knowledgeable mechanic perform climate ‘onboard’ diagnoses .. System re-set may be required... However depending on trouble codes present - additional repair may be required. I’m any even - this is likely beyond the average DIYer’s capability’s as it is a rather complicated system.
