heat coming out of dash vents

I’ll check it again tomorrow. Can it be anything else and it switches at 79 on climate control. Vacuum line or actuator.

Vacuum circuit or the actuators don’t know the difference in temperature settings- they just respond to inputs from the *climate control module* ..

So this morning it worked fine set at 73. After 10-15minutes it started coming out of dash vents. Opened windows and eventually stopped coming out of dash. Have this car a long time. This is a new issue. What can it b.

Is there a sensor located inside vehicle. If so would you know part and location of sensor

This system can actually be scan tested using a professional quality scan tool - it is probably best to contact local auto repair facility to see if they have this equipment. No use guessing at it - be wrong every time! Good luck!
