engine bay was washed now car idles to rough to be driven

it may or may not ever run right again! one guy on here a while back at the car wash in a Jaguar,said i sprayed the engine down real good with it running and it cut off and wont start back,wonder why he said(probably cracked the block)? CAN'T SPRAY THESE ENGINES DOWN,unless a PROFESSIONAL DETAILER does it, or you really know what you're doing,PERIOD! sorry...
