This needs immediate attention > HANDS-ON inspection / repair by qualified personnel IS required! Before operating vehicle - be sure *wheel lug nuts* are properly tightened .. Also possibly a failing hub bearing.. Contact *local* auto repair facility to make repair arrangements.
