The horn honks all the time if the fuse is in.
Where is the horn relay located. I'm afraid to touch the horn for fear of setting off the air bag.
Under hood fuse//relay box next to battery.. Should be listed on inside of cover or in owners manual... By removing the relay there is no current flowing anywhere... If the fuse doesn't affect anything else.. Ok to just take it out but most of the time there is more than one circuit affected that way.
