I stuck a paperclip in my Data Link Port and it sparked,I tapped the wrong hole

I stuck a paperclip in my data port to replace my key fob and I tapped the wrong one after sticking it into port 4 and It sparked and now none of my key fobs work and It doesn't enter program mode

What makes this problem better or worse?
