What will cause my car to spin over but not run like its out of gas but has a newfuelpump

What is your question?

It has a brand new fuel pump that was just installed within the week and it will crank up and run fine and next time you shut it off it may may not crank ,it'll sit and just spin over and I have actually Juiced it with some ether and it will crank right up and then shut right back off. I will let it sit for a while and go out there and itll crank right up and.run like a new one. Havemt owned the car a month .
