Loud bass like rattling from inside cabin when idle

What is your question?

When I'm driving it's fine but when I'm stopped it's like a loud bass like shaking, rattling noise that is unbearable at times. Sounds like it's coming right through the dash. Please help, I can't find anything on this matter

It goes away when driving

Possibilities - failed engine mount - drivetrain component contacting firewall - resonance from air cleaner assembly.
