Speedometer is not working right

The parts stores can’t help with this problem... *Professional* scan test of the instrument cluster is what’s needed .. Scanner can perform functional test on ALL instruments. That will determine if it’s a signal problem or the *speedometer itself* -> speedo is what’s suspected.
