Changed battery now will not read key. Had new key still will it read it will lock on security going down road

Car will not stay running due to not reading key. Put key in by pass key still goes to theft then will not start. Took cables off works sometimes and then it won't. Had new key programmed still same. All after changing battery.

Since new battery was installed
