Hit on the passenger side, air bags deployed and steering and gearshift are locked

I hit a pole on the passenger side of my 96 buick regal busted the radiator head light and pushed the bumper and hood back a little. Causing the air bags to deploy which busted my windsheild and the card died while steel in drive and the steering wheel and gear shift is locked, where do i begin to get the car to crank and unlock steering and gear shift.
