What is your question?
We are getting good reference from ignition lock cylinder and starter relay operating. Vehicle will start and then shut itself off right away.
How long has your 1994 Buick Regal had this problem?
only since battery repalcement

Security light staying on? .. Most likely not ignition system related .. Must have correct fuel pressure and injector pulse!
