Electrical panel behind the glove box with the Chime Diagram

What is your question?

I was putting in a new radio pulled the old one out and put the new one in. Had all the custom connection from Crutchfield went in easy. Had to pull the chime out to get the old head unit out that sits above it. When I plugged the chime back in went off continuously and now the car will not start turn the key and nothing pulled the radio out still nothing battery is fully charged. trying to find out what else is on the panel with the chime looks like large fuses and relays.

What makes this problem better or worse?
