What is your question?
My car has many problems. Speedometer does not work, neither does the gas gage or the oil gage. Recently the car does not start all the time without putting on a charger (battery is fine). Was told it was the brain. Would replacing it fix all the problems?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Does what it wants when it wants (does not need to be cold or hot)
How long has your 2006 Buick Rainier had this problem?
Some problems have been around over a year. The gas gage and starting problems are about a month old.

Word of mouth isn't a very reliable source of a successful repair solution - nor is guessing at it here 'online' which unfortunately is all ANYONE can do .. Only via *hands-on* testing / diagnosis can a proven repair strategy be obtained. Installing parts of any kind without such testing / diagnosis is usually a waste of time and money - it is more cost effective to seek professional assistance.
