Thanks! It's been out for a while and I just had a friend tell me the control panel was going or gone. Gonna get really nasty winter weather over the next week and the part should be in tomorrow.
Not a bad job at all, just take your time! A case/butter knife works well for starting the trim removal. Sneak one from the kitchen! Keep one in my tool box, be suprised how many times i use it, the Snap-on man gets a kick out of it but he dont have anything much better!
I almost got the whole section off but there's a bolt I need to remove at the bottom that's obscured by the center console. Ran out of daylight, will try again in the morning. Thanks again for your help, not a mech but can take apart and put back together pretty good (most of the time!)
