Hmmmm several issues which could equal disaster

First my dic and gauges dont work check engine abs ect come on in the on position but go off after starting so I dug under dash to find obd unit is disconnected along with a jump which I assume is passlock bypass and a whole harness cut so jiggle key to see if they might work and it comes out while cars running so I decided to peek through engine and realized I smell fuel on dipstick and have white smome for short period of time nothing is mixing no overheating no loss of coolant but I have a engine with a tick and it really shakes so does car seems like either unbalanced bearing or tire not sure but definitely an issue also heat works interior exterior lights work car ran good but now just kinds suspect about its condition
