keep frying fuse relays , relocated fuse box , still frying relays, what is wron

fuse relay to fuel pump keep frying, this is the 3rd one i relocated the fuse box and it still doing it. what is wrong? I have it in the shop now they say i need a new fuel pump , i read where other people has had all this done and still having problem,what your advice?
