My fuel gauge does not read right when it is below zero

What is your question?

My fuel gauge acts up when it is zero or below. It will generally read fuller than it is, but when the weather is above zero it seems to be okay. What do you think? Ground? Faulty sensor?

In my opinion it will be the sending unit.

The cold messes with everything I would just make sure it does not get really inaccurat
