Why does my battery keep running down after 3-4 days of not being started?

I have disconnected the battery and it will stay charged when not connected to the car. The alternator is putting out 14.9 volts. I have disconnected the underhood fusebox and rear fuse box. Then reattaching them noting the voltage at the battery. That load does pull the battery down but how do I further isolate the voltage drain?
