New battery will run down over night and have checked to make sure nothing is on

I had the same problem with mine...turned out it was the air shocks on the car. they were leaking which was causing the air pump to run constantly in turn running the battery down. I would check that.

Have you checked at night to see if there is a trunk, interior light or glove box light on?

Replace Alternator maybe?
