when turning right there is a clicking sound. left front wheel bearing replaced.

Most likely a CV axle.

'clicking' on turns, under load(stepping on gas),is generally an outboard axle joint(replace the entire axle assembly).A wheel bearing is NOT going to make a 'clicking' noise.
