My cooling fan will not come on even with AC turn on but need feon.

Ok ... So Is the engine overheating? .. Be aware these fans may take up to 30 minutes to turn on while the engine is idling! .. IF the A/C ain't working .. the fans won't turn on simply because you turn the A/C on .. 'IF' the engine is not getting hot, according to the temperature gauge..Why are you concerned about the cooling fans(s)??
