What is your question?
I replaced the alternator and battery because it was running around 13 volts. Volts look good now -about 14. But now when I apply brakes or slow down there is a huge swing in volts; it goes back down to 13! Turn signal gets weak, etc. It goes back up to around 14 volts a few seconds later. What could be causing this drop in electrical power? Thanks!

As long as it doesn't drop below 13 volts at idle with accessories on, that's acceptable, as long as it returns to 14 volts with throttle... Throttle body may need cleaning to restore proper base idle//rpm.
Thanks for the insight Push Rod. The new alternator was the problem - go figure?! The store manager allowed me to get my old one back and all is well! I will clean out the throttle body. It's time for a thorough tune up. Thanks again!
