I had a repair shop replace the crankshaft position sensor, but it still quits running without any notice while driving it! What else could cause this problem?

Fuel pressure regulator, in the fuel rail....... about $70.00...... for the part.
Check (have the shop check) the main computer that controls the ignition as well as the ignition / spark control module. The main computer was replaced on my 1987 Olds Delta 88 when it would shut down without warning. That fixed it until it started missing and shutting down. The Olds dealer's service shop kept it on an analyzer and running until it happened again. They replaced a couple of ignition coils as well as the ignition control module. That part is under the ignition coils. After those repairs it did not stall again. And there were no Service Engine codes.
What are codes? Where is the Mass Air Flow Sensor located?
Codes are what you get from AutoZone or other parts place, just tell them you need a error code check, they will hook up an obd device to your vehicle,it will look for anything like sensors or other defective items and it will give an error code ## and a General description.
