What is your question?
According to the test results, my car is a GROSS POLLUTER. it shows the following FAILS; 1.) Fuel Cap Functional 2.) Fuel Cap Visual 3.) Fuel Evaporative Controls Functional 4.) Fuel Evaporative Controls The ASM Emissions Test Results; HC (PPM) Test at 15 mph; Max 77, GP 285, MEAS 269. Test at 25 mph; Max 59, GP 235, MEAS 275. CO (%) Test at 15 mph; Max .50, GP 2.22, MEAS 8.30. Test at 25 mph; Max .41, GP 2.09, MEAS 8.52. If anyone have any suggestions as to what are the common parts that may need replacement to correct the issues, I sure would appreciate it.

You can try replacing the gas cap and performing an oil change. That may get you through. If not, you will probably need an EVAP canister and throttle body cleaning.
can"t give you an answer.we don"t have emissions control inspections on 1995 and older vehicles in NC.someone will chime in on this good luck.
Thank you for your well wishes.
Thank you for your response. 1.) The fuel cap has been replaced. 2.) The oil change will be performed. 3.) I will have the EVAP canister and throttle body cleaned. Thank you again, hopefully this will work and I will update so as to help out the next Joe. Update (05/12/2015); 1.) The fuel cap has been replaced. 2.) The oil change has been performed. 3.) The throttle body has been cleaned. 4.) All Vacuum lines have been replaced. The EVAP canister; I have been unsuccessful in finding a new one, apparently this part is no longer being manufactured. Although The vehicle PASSED all the ECS, it still tested as a GROSS POLLUTER, the HC (PPM) & the CO (%) are still showing high measurements. Any ides as to why and what it could be?
