No power on my 2011 Buick lacrosse. Won't start. No lights on dash. Key pad not responding. Died on me last week but I touched the negative battery side post wire and the power jumped back on. Not this time. What do you think my problem is.

No connection at battery - remove cables and clean throughly. ⚠️ Remove NEGATIVE CABLE first - reconnect NEGATIVE CALBE *after* connecting the POSITIVE.⚠️
