What are some common causes for misfire on cylinder #5?

What is your question?

I've replaced all the plugs wires coils and the icm. When you clear the code it runs perfect for about 5 minutes then it pulls it up again and starts running like garbage if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate hearing them.
