Mechanic had put upper and lower intake and still ran hot then put rebuilt water pump then sensor then thermostat not helpef
What makes this problem better or worse?

The transmission fluid cooler is located 'inside' the radiator - these coolers rupture occasionally sending transmission fluid into the engine coolant.. This is most like the problem here as engine oil has no path into the cooling system..
Transmission fluid should be closely inspected for signs of engine coolant contamination.
