Have a code 0102 Mass air flow sensor. Just wanted to know if I should be getting a signal from the ECM to the mass airflow sensor.

Old school easy and bulletproof test: With engine running at normal operating temperature - lightly tap MAF with screwdriver handle - if engine stumbles - REPLACE the sensor!
