How do you replace the rear brake light bulb ? Wondering how to get to it

you have to remove that assembly to get to it.i believe there are some wing nuts,that you remove.pull the carpet back from the tail light,then you will see how it comes out.

There are 10 wing nuts you need to remove along the whole strip in the inside back of the trunk. After that GENTLY wiggle the assembly out. There are 17 bulbs in the assembly. The bulb you want is an 1157. They're the 2nd and 3rd one in from either side (bulky base). If it's a 1996 Year model then you want an 3157. I have both.
