need to replace original radio in BMW Z3 roadster; what choices do I have?

Business CD radio did not show what station it was playing for months. Theft red light working. Relocated vehicle from Florida to Atlanta in March, radio had sound. Into BMW dealer shop; antenna replaced along with other work. Radio seems dead now. Need to replace, I assume. Other than used original radios from damaged vehicles, what options for replacement do I have for this vehicle?
