The heater in my car isn't working. fan blows normal air (cooling works also), but heat doesn't work in winter months.
How do you MAKE SURE that the part the repair shop is replacing, is actually the one that has gone bad.. and they're not just replacing the whole thermostat or casing?
I'd like to understand what verification RepairPal actually provides to give peace of mind to the customer? Or is it just a plain vanilla lead generation business?
