Rear caliper Start engaging by Themselves after15 Minute drive

What is your question?

I have a 2002 BMW 745Li my rear brake starting Engaging after a 15 minute drive can't move it fills my Emergency brakes are on but I have them disabled so I know it's not that but once the car cools down the rear calipers disengage then I can drive e the car again for couple of minutes before they engaged again then once it cools down again I can move again
