Why without raising engine and starting several times won't my car fire up?

What is your question?

My car must be started several times raising the engine before it gets properly powered, else the "engine malfunction" signs comes on and it won't pull.

Find a good BMW tech AND get references first if possible. Will save a lot of aggravation if you are not a mechanic!!
