There's no repair protocol for water intrusion under hood .. Sorry.

you can't spray water on your engine as i guess you know now. no telling what you fried. heck tomorrow it might not even start.take a rag and wipe the crud off of it or any engine from now on! do not spray water or power wash the engine EVER! LEAVE THE ENGINE CLEANING TO A PROFESSIONAL DETAILER.
